Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customer to get deep understanding of business requirements and arrive at a technical solution/architecture.
• Lead the development team to deliver high quality solution within the schedule and budget.
• Demonstrate strong technical leadership and provide guidance to the development team.
• Work closely with testing team, business analyst and project manager.
• Review technical proposals and develop estimates.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and performance tuning of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Responsible for deploying and maintaining ETL Code.

Attributes Required:

• At least 5 years experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale data warehouses.
• Need to have at least 3 years of technical/developer lead experience.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in either Oracle or Informatica or SQL Server based Business Intelligence platforms.
• Strong software engineering, project management knowledge & experience
• In depth SQL server and Oracle Programming skills,
• Administration of of SQL and Oracle Database systems
• Should be self-sufficient in handling Database and Data warehousing projects
• Strong knowledge of DBMS, Data warehouse and ETL design Concepts.
• Experience in T-SQL, ANSI SQL, DTS Stored Procedures and PL/SQL
• Experience in SSRS and SSAS.
• Knowledge of MDX queries.
• Experience in ETL designing using Informatica and SSIS.
• Experience in OBIEE Reports and Oracle Answers.

Job Responsibilities:

• At least 2 years of experience in Websphere Application Server, MVC/Spring, Hibernate, DB2.
• Strong knowledge of Java technology and SOA, including but not limited to EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Web Services
• Work closely with testing team, business analyst and project manager.
• Experience with popular development tools such as Eclipse, CVS, Ant, JUnit, etc
